Perceptron Personas

Perceptron Personas are Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) or Emulated Humans with advanced memory, numerous skills for useful work, emotional intelligence, and human-like appearance (Avatars).

They remember your conversations, work on all kinds of tasks, and live persistently on Perceptron Cloud, without requiring any setup or local installation.

Personas can see images, watch videos, control your local computer or cloud Virtual Machines (Boxes), create generative art with Perceptron Studio, speak to you vocally with customizable voices, build websites and Apps, and perform all tasks a human can perform with a computer.

Using Personas

Web, Desktop, and Mobile Apps

The primary interface for creating, managing, and interacting with Personas is the Perceptron app.

New user accounts are seeded with 6 default personas and some placeholder conversations to showcase how to use Personas.

Once you log in to the app, navigate to the pinned Persona (your Personal Assistant), and start a conversation. Your Personal Assistant is a special role that allows them to orchestrate your other Personas, and organize your overall usage of Perceptron.

Your PA will onboard you, introduce you to your other Personas, and teach you how to effectively use the Perceptron platform.

The Perceptron Telegram bot can be used to create, manage, and chat with multiple Personas.

Open the Perceptron bot on Telegram and Sign in with your wallet.
Tap Personas, then New Persona from the menu. Pick an Avatar and give your Persona a unique name.
Tap Attach on the persona you created. This opens a separate Telegram bot chat window for chatting with the attached Persona.
Send messages like any Telegram chat. The persona replies accordingly.

The Persona remembers relevant facts about the user and important details across multiple conversations.

Sessions

A Persona can have multiple conversations going simultaneously for organizing unrelated context.

Memory

Personas remember you and your conversations. You can ask your Persona “what do you remember about X?” at any time, and they will naturally remember all relevant past conversations or events that relate to that topic, just like a human would.

What Personas Can Do

Personas can track multi-step work across conversations; research, writing, coding projects. They keep a task list and pick up where they left off.

They can also spin up subagents: separate workers that handle parts of a bigger job in parallel, all sharing the same workspace.

Hosting Websites

Personas can build and host static websites for you. Ask a persona to make you a website and it will build the HTML, CSS, JS, and images in its workspace, reserve a Perceptron Domain on your behalf (or publish to a custom domain you own), and publish it. The site then goes live at https://<subdomain>.pct.site or your own domain, and any changes the persona makes to the files afterward are served instantly.

Skills

Skills are step-by-step instructions a persona loads on demand. There are two kinds:

Platform skills ship with Perceptron and can be installed or uninstalled per-persona from the Persona’s profile “Skills” tab.
Custom skills are plain files a persona writes itself under its workspace’s skills/ directory, or installed by the user from external sources.

A persona discovers skills automatically and reads a skill’s full instructions only when it needs them.

Studio (Image & Video Generation)

When the Studio platform skill is installed, a persona can generate images and short videos from a text prompt, optionally using image files already in its workspace as visual references. Generated artifacts are saved into the persona’s workspace and can be delivered to you directly. Generation spends your credits and requires your approval.

Memory & Workspace Storage: Billed hourly from your credits balance based on storage used. Billed while the persona exists. See Billing for more details.

Inference: Same per-token rates as direct chat inference depending on the selected model.
